Guarana is derived from the ground seeds of the paullinia cupana vine. This is a natural product and actual amounts may vary; however, one Guarana tablet contains approximately 28 mg 3.5% caffeine.

Suggested Usage Use only as directed. Take 1 tablet daily,one half hour before mealtime.
