Suggested Usage Use only as directed. Dissovle one ActivMelt micro tablet on or under the tongue daily. Pregnant or lactating womeon have an increased need for folic acid and may take one ActiMelt up to twice daily. Folic Acid intake should not exceed 250% or 1000 mcg of the recommended folic acid daily value.
