Sodium Borate, Sodium Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Sesquicarbonate, Olive Oil, Essential Oils of Ylang Ylang cananga odorata , Lavender lavandula vera , Chamomile anthimis nobilis , Eucalyptus eucalyptus citriodoral , Nutmeg myristica fragrans , Peru Balsam myroxylon pereirae , Herbal Extracts of Valerian Root v. officinalis , St. Johnswort Flowers hypericum perforatum , Hop Flowers humulus lupulus , Chromium Oxide, Trace Mineral Salts

Directions Add one to two capfuls into drawn bathwater 102-107 F . Swirl with hand to fully dissolve. Breathe in the aromatic molecules with pleasure and exhale worries and frustrations with relief. Relax for 20-30 minutes.
