Aloe Vera is traditionally found in warm, tropical locations, like the Caribbean and South Africa, and has been used as a supplement for thousands of years. Nature's Way combines Aloe with Buckthorn, Cascara Sagrada, and Fennel Seed, to help support occasional constipation.

Suggested Usage Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults & children age 12 years and over Take 1 capsule. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
