Suggested Usage , adults take one fluid ounce daily. For children 4 or more years of age, take one teaspoon daily for each 30 pounds of body weight not to exceed one fluid ounce daily. Mineral Supreme may be added to eight ounces 1 cup of fresh juice or purified water. For maximum results, take Mineral Supreme on an empty stomach, prior to meals or 15 to 30 minutes after meals.
