We prepare our St. John's Wort Extract from the fresh undried flowering & budding top of Hypericum perforatum plants which are sustainably Wildcrafted in their natural habitat.

Suggested Usage Shake Well Before Using. Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2oz. of water or juice, two to five times per day. Best taken between meals.
