A dietary supplement to support normal sleep. Melatonin is a natural biorhythm regulating metabolite that is secreted by the brains pineal gland and has beneficial effects on sleep and jet lag.

WARNING Melatonin is non-toxic, however, it should not be taken by adolescents, pregnant or lactating women, persons taking cortisone or persons with kidney disease.

Take 1 capsule one to two hours before bedtime.
